Introduction

Our Centrifugal Pumps - Design, Selection, Operation and Maintenance Course constitutes a five-day Training to bring all theoretical knowledge and experience into Industrial practical application. The scope of the course is to introduce participants to the correct selection, design, operation, and modern maintenance methods concerning all types of pumps used in the process industry. The course is available at a reasonable price with custom-designed features according to your unique needs and delivered by extremely experienced Trainers.

Why Join Our Course

Process pumps like all rotating equipment are the most sensitive equipment in a plant. It is therefore very important for plant engineers and technicians to be familiar with the different types of pumps, the correct installation method as well as the maintenance procedures.

It is commonly accepted that graduate engineers possess the theory and the basic principles of engineering, but do not possess practical information that allows them to operate the pumps properly, to detect problems and finally to use modern maintenance methods. This information can normally only be obtained during many years of work experience. By gaining this information in a short period of time, participants have a unique opportunity to learn how to solve and deal with problems when returning to work.

Participants have the opportunity solve, sample problems and exercises to practice the application of the topics discussed. The last day of the course includes dismantling and assembly of a centrifugal pump, taking shop measurements, and filling the maintenance record card.
